The City of Newnan, Georgia was struggling with heavy paper volumes across more than a dozen departments, with City Hall’s basement full of boxes and a legacy electronic system that only stored scanned images. PSIGEN Software deployed PSIsafe starting in HR and finance, integrating with existing scanners and workflows to create a centralized, searchable, fully indexed repository with routing and PDF forms capabilities. The implementation eliminated much of the City’s manual files (freeing basement and desk space), sped document retrieval and audit responses, and has delivered immediate efficiency gains as the solution is expanded citywide with mobile access.
