Park Place Corporation, an 81‑year‑old mattress manufacturer, struggled with a six‑year‑old capture and document management system that was incompatible, inflexible and limited their ability to quickly deliver accurate delivery and customer documentation. To modernize capture and improve responsiveness they worked with PSIGEN Software (via Sharp Business Systems) to replace the legacy solution using PSIcapture Enterprise with ADE & OCR and a searchable ECM.

PSIGEN Software implemented an automated capture workflow using PSIcapture’s ADE/OCR while Sharp scanned documents on network MFPs and searchable slips were migrated to iDatix iSynergy (now DocuPhase). The joint solution automated packing‑slip processing, consolidated searches so purchase orders, bills of lading and invoices can be found in one place instead of three, reduced manual processing and sped response times, while creating a scalable foundation for future expansion.
