Mountain States Imaging, LLC, a Colorado-based document scanning, conversion and management service provider, faced slow, fragmented workflows that relied on multiple software suites, spreadsheets and manual indexing. The result was streamlined processing, higher image quality, reduced manual indexing and faster job completion—limited downtime and the ability to match/merge data on the fly—and an estimated overall ROI in approximately nine to ten months.
