Mission Linen Supply, a family-owned textile rental company with over 2,500 employees across 45 locations, faced a paper-based contract system of more than 35,000 documents stored at individual plants, leaving executives at headquarters with no centralized visibility. To solve this, Mission Linen Supply turned to PSIGEN Software, deploying PSIcapture together with Microsoft SharePoint to automate capture and centralize contract storage.

PSIGEN Software implemented three PSIcapture Enterprise workstations to index contracts scanned daily from every location and migrate them into customized SharePoint document libraries, avoiding per-scanner license costs. The solution eliminated paper handling bottlenecks, improved visibility and forecasting, enabled faster, SharePoint-based reporting, and set the stage to convert 2,500 employee HR files (50–100 pages each) to searchable electronic records.
