InfoStore Records Center, a long‑standing Ohio records and information management provider, needed an outsourced AP automation solution to stay competitive as clients demanded reduced labor costs and relief from repetitive scanning and invoice-processing tasks. To meet that need InfoStore partnered with PSIGEN Software (using PSIcapture) and OPEX to build a scalable mail‑to‑data service for customers.

PSIGEN Software delivered an end‑to‑end solution that pairs the OPEX AS7200i high‑volume scanner with PSIcapture (including Advanced Data Extraction/ADE) and secure FTP transfer into customers’ Oracle Financials; the deployment includes six PSIcapture Enterprise workstations and reduced document prep to a single touch. The PSIGEN Software implementation automated OCR and indexing, created a searchable electronic archive, dramatically increased production, and freed employees from manual scanning, QA and file naming—speeding invoice processing and improving overall efficiency.
