Lewis-Goet, a division of ERIKS and a leader in industrial material transfer solutions, was processing roughly 200,000 vendor invoices a year with a seven‑person Accounts Payable team that manually opened mail and keyed invoice data into their Prelude ERP and DocuWare systems. That manual process made acquisitions hard to integrate, was time‑consuming and costly, so they selected PSIGEN Software’s PSIcapture to automate invoice capture.

PSIGEN Software implemented PSIcapture integrated with Xerox scanners, DocuWare and Prelude to automatically capture, classify and route invoices and metadata. The solution eliminated much of the manual data entry for 200,000 annual invoices, allowed the AP department to scale back staffing and cut costs, significantly improved productivity, and positioned Lewis-Goet to expand PSIcapture automation across other ERIKS companies.
