Hollywood Casino Hotel & Raceway came to PSIGEN Software with a paper-based HR operation that exploded at opening—about 1,300 pre-open hires and roughly 30,000 personnel documents—and an industry-standard high turnover (≈30 hires/month). PSIGEN Software configured PSIsafe to Hollywood’s gaming-specific needs, integrated securely with UltiPro, and added mobile iPhone/Android access and iPad-based onboarding so files are captured, validated and available 24/7. PSIGEN also built an attendance-points module (prototype in one month) that replaced error-prone Excel tracking—saving the HR team the roughly three hours/week previously spent on points entry, giving managers live access to records, and enabling rollout to seven other Penn National properties with corporate funding for full deployment by summer 2017.
