Goode Rentals, an Auckland-based rental and property management company, struggled to process hundreds of monthly water rate notices from multiple suppliers quickly and accurately. Using the Palace property management system, their previous manual-entry process took 4–7 days and often produced missing or inaccurate documents, forcing staff to spend time tracking, double-checking and remediating entries. To solve this, Goode Rentals worked with PSIGEN Software and implemented the PSIcapture solution.

PSIGEN Software’s PSIcapture automatically ingests scanned and emailed water invoices, extracts vendor/property details, fixed and volumetric charges and meter readings, and pushes validated documents into Palace via API (flagging exceptions for review). The result: notices are available in Palace within minutes instead of days, hundreds of monthly invoices are captured accurately, manual checking and rework have been dramatically reduced, and Goode Rentals gained faster, more reliable data to support billing and cashflow.
