The Zoological Society of London (ZSL) needed to launch a new competency framework and help directors and senior managers understand how well they were demonstrating the desired behaviours. Working with PSI True Talent, ZSL also wanted to give leaders insight into how their teams, peers, and managers perceived them, along with support to improve where needed.

PSI True Talent designed and delivered a 360° feedback questionnaire built around the new framework, supported by reports, webinars, and facilitated feedback sessions. The project helped ZSL identify strengths and development needs, with 50 directors and senior managers receiving feedback; 100% said their review meeting was supportive, 80% said the feedback was balanced, and 80% acted on the feedback.
