PSI True Talent implemented a hybrid exam program, combining their traditional test center network with their secure online proctoring platform. This allowed candidates to take exams remotely from home or office. The solution was highly successful, receiving positive feedback and leading to a full expansion of online proctoring for all state insurance exams by March 2020. PSI's tight security protocols effectively prevented cheating, making Washington the first state to offer such a comprehensive remote testing option for insurance licensure.
