Syngenta, a global agricultural science company with 28,000 employees in 90 countries, needed a way to accelerate the development of future senior leaders across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. PSI True Talent was brought in to design a Career Development Centre (CDC) for employees on the talent matrix, spanning R&D, operations, and commercial functions.

PSI True Talent built a bespoke, cost-effective CDC using customized simulation exercises, a development workshop, and trained regional observers to provide behavioral feedback. The program delivered strong results: 94% of observers and 95% of participants rated feedback quality as excellent or good, 95% rated personal development and motivation positively, and 100% said their commitment to future development was excellent or good.
