Northern Gas Networks (NGN) needed to transform its customer service performance while meeting regulatory pressure to cut costs and improve operational results, all while building a more customer-focused and agile culture. To support this talent strategy, Northern Gas Networks partnered with **PSI True Talent** to help identify and maximise the involvement of talented staff in delivering the business strategy.
**PSI True Talent** designed a bespoke competency framework and talent centre process, supported by behavioural and psychometric assessments, coaching, and development planning. The programme led to six promotions, including two senior management appointments, and 78% of participants reported a better understanding of their strengths and development needs; the insights also shaped Northern Gas Networks’ professional development programme.
