Mylan, a leading global pharmaceutical company operating in 145 countries, needed a way to strengthen its Sales Managers’ behavioral capabilities and keep pace with rapid market change. In partnership with PSI True Talent, the company sought an immersive, realistic development experience that could assess current bench strength and support a year-long Sales Manager development program.

PSI True Talent implemented the Sales Manager Bootcamp using its VirtualAC™ online business simulation technology, with bespoke, pharma-based scenarios built around real Mylan products and market data. The program delivered detailed feedback reports and follow-up training, and by the end of 2017 it had been rolled out to seven markets across three continents, with 84 Sales Managers participating and generating global insights that informed local development and sales training strategy.
