DLA Piper - Customer Case Study

DLA Piper, the global law firm operating in more than 40 countries, needed a way to build a diverse international leadership pipeline with consistent values and emotionally intelligent leaders across regions. To address this, DLA Piper worked with PSI True Talent on its Careers Pathway Programme to assess future talent and develop leadership capability.

PSI True Talent designed and delivered a bespoke three-part programme including assessments, deep-dive interviews, coaching, a residential Development Centre, and follow-up masterclasses and check-ins. The impact has been strong: more than 55% of delegates have been promoted into leadership roles, the gender leadership pool is growing, and attrition is at an all-time low.
