Seasalt Cornwall, a fast-growing UK clothing brand, needed to help its leadership team build management skills and preserve its strong culture as the business expanded. With many leaders lacking formal management training, Seasalt turned to PSI True Talent for support in developing emotional intelligence, feedback, and communication capabilities through its Leading People Programme.

PSI True Talent, through JCA Global, designed and delivered a “Leading with EI” workshop, followed by “Coaching with EI” and Leadership Climate Indicator 360-based sessions. The programme helped over 40 senior leaders understand their EI profiles and apply practical leadership tools, contributing to stronger collaboration, more effective feedback, and wider use of EI across the business. It also supported the programme’s recognition as a Learning Programme of Excellence by the Learning and Performance Institute.
