A PSI True Talent Case Study
CAYSH, a Croydon-based support and accommodation organization for young people facing homelessness, needed a clearer way to define what success looks like across every role and to give line managers a better framework for developing their teams. CAYSH worked with PSI True Talent to create an organization-wide competency framework that reflected its values and the reality of its workplace.
PSI True Talent used a bottom-up design approach, starting with its Online Job Analysis Questionnaire and follow-up focus groups and interviews with staff, managers, service users, senior leaders, and the board. The result was a launched 12-competency framework, with input from 5% of the workforce and performance development supported for more than 100 staff members.
