BAM Nuttall, a leading civil engineering contractor, wanted to maximise the effectiveness of its newly formed Executive Board and benchmark leadership skills. To support this challenge, BAM Nuttall worked with PSI True Talent, using a bespoke online 360-degree feedback process to gather input from Board members and their direct reports.
PSI True Talent designed and delivered the 360-degree questionnaire, analysed the feedback, and followed up with tailored one-to-one coaching for the CEO and Board members. The programme helped identify strengths and development areas, led to Personal Development Plans for each director, and produced clear actions for change, making a real difference to board development and effectiveness.
