They reached out to the vendor, Pruna AI, to utilize its model optimization engine on the Flux Schnell model.

Pruna AI implemented its optimization to create a more efficient version of the Flux Schnell model. The solution drastically reduced processing time from 10 seconds to 3 seconds, a 3x speedup, and lowered costs by allowing the model to run on a less expensive A10G instance instead of an A100. After verification, Each AI routed production traffic to the Pruna AI-optimized model, which performed flawlessly and is now set to become the default, providing major efficiency gains.
