Moominworld, a theme park in Finland, needed a solution to help its visitors navigate its large island park and locate roaming Moomin characters in real time. They partnered with vendor Proximi.io to implement a map-based wayfinding system.

Proximi.io provided an outdoor positioning solution using GPS and Bluetooth beacons installed throughout the park. This allowed the Moominworld mobile app to display a map with real-time character locations, helping visitors find attractions and meet characters. The project was successfully delivered and integrated into the park's app, which also handles event info and mobile purchases.
