The customer, Thrasio, faced the challenge of managing the explosive growth that came from acquiring thousands of Amazon FBA brands. Their manual processes were not scalable for handling a massive portfolio of products. Proxet was brought in to implement a greenfield technology and data platform to serve as a foundation for this rapid expansion.
Proxet designed and implemented a scalable product metadata and analytics platform on AWS. The solution processed data from numerous marketplaces, powered hundreds of dashboards, and enabled data-driven decisions with ML models. This single source of truth allowed Thrasio's teams to successfully manage 14,000 products, acquire hundreds of brands, and achieve unicorn status in record time.
