Proxet was engaged by TriTech to migrate its premium tax products from a legacy desktop application to a secure and scalable SaaS platform. The challenge was to execute this complex transition without disrupting critical filing seasons, dramatically improve performance for processing large datasets, and deliver a modern user experience that exceeded the existing desktop functionality.

The solution involved Proxet developing a pilot SaaS module to prove the architecture before taking full ownership of developing the cloud-based Allocator product and collaborating on the Municipal product. Proxet’s work included designing a modern UI and delivering substantial performance optimizations that significantly sped up return calculations. As a result, TriTech successfully transitioned its key products to the new platform, achieving major performance gains and improved responsiveness for its clients during peak periods.
