ProviderTrust implemented nationwide federal and state exclusion searches, DataIQ data cleanup, and primary-source license verification to build a cleaner, authoritative workforce compliance dataset. The results included 12 exclusions identified among 85,505 onboarded employees, $1.2 million in potential fines uncovered, and 29.9% of licenses showing issues among 21,000 licensed providers, including mismatched names, 294 expired licenses, and 4 probationary licenses.
