McAllister Olivarius, an international law firm in the UK, needed to move from iManage Worksite to SharePoint Online while restructuring content from multiple divisions and entities. The firm faced challenges including flattening a complex nested folder structure, segregating content for different organizations, preserving the integrity of more than 500,000 files, and completing the migration within a strict 48-hour window. Proventeq worked with McAllister Olivarius to design and execute a structured migration plan, including discovery and analysis, information architecture design, pilot migration, and incremental live migration. Proventeq flattened and remapped folders, separated content for the four entities, and migrated 500,000 files and user IDs over 48 hours with ongoing item-level audits to maintain data integrity. The result was a smooth transition with minimal business disruption, a cleaner content structure, and reliable preservation of critical case files.
