Guidehouse, a U.S.-based management consulting firm, needed to move from Citrix ShareFile to SharePoint Online after a period of rapid growth and acquisition. Already on Microsoft 365, they wanted to take advantage of SharePoint, but they also needed a migration tool that could work with highly restricted Microsoft 365 Government GCC High tenants, which most vendors could not support. Proventeq stepped in with its Migration Accelerator platform.

Proventeq redeveloped Migration Accelerator to connect with Microsoft 365 Government and guided Guidehouse through migration planning, information architecture, security remapping, and pilot testing before the full move. The result was a high-fidelity migration of 14TB of content at speeds of more than 40GB per hour, while removing 33% of ROT data and helping Guidehouse avoid about $1M in annual license costs.
