The Australian Department of Home Affairs worked with Proventeq to migrate LEGENDcom, a large legacy content repository containing legislation and policy documents, from a Folio/NXT platform to a new SharePoint-based, AA-compliant web environment. The challenge involved more than a million items, recreating the source site structure from XML, cleansing heavily styled HTML content, and standardizing varied ordered list patterns.

Proventeq delivered a phased Rocket Folio/NXT to SharePoint migration that aligned content to the target rules, resolved inconsistencies, and improved accessibility and content quality. The result was a successful migration of all items to a WCAG AA-compliant SharePoint environment, with reduced business downtime through delta management and staged cutover for internal teams.
