Advantest, a Japanese manufacturing company, wanted to roll out SharePoint Online across its global HR teams in America, Asia, and Europe after moving email to Microsoft Office 365. The company needed help cleansing large volumes of data, removing redundant content, reorganizing differently structured datasets, and supporting secure sharing with external payroll providers. Proventeq provided the migration and SharePoint solution, with a focus on granular security and governance.

Proventeq built a custom HR platform tailored to Advantest’s requirements and ensured content met both internal and external security needs. The project enabled secure access for external providers and migrated approximately 0.5 million documents from Oracle UCM to SharePoint Online, helping Advantest improve its digital landscape.
