How Flexiplan has improved its motorcycle financing approval process while managing risk more effectively

Flexiplan, a motorcycle sales company based in San Salvador that evolved into a digital financing platform, needed to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of its credit risk decisioning to better serve customers and scale across Central America and the Caribbean. To meet this challenge it selected Provenir and its Decisioning Cloud / Provenir Risk Decisioning Platform to deliver more agile, real-time credit decisions at the point of sale and through its digital channels.

Provenir implemented real-time loan approval, process automation and easy API integration as the front end of Flexiplan’s credit approval process, delivering millisecond approvals and actionable insights to manage risk more effectively. As a result, Flexiplan can approve up to 60 loans in the time it previously took to approve one, expects about 40% business growth, and has gained greater agility to respond to customers while preparing to expand regionally.
