TripActions, a corporate travel management company, needed a way to accept customer payments directly and securely while tracking banking transactions and protecting sensitive data. To meet PCI-DSS compliance requirements and reduce reliance on third-party payment services, TripActions turned to Provectus for help rebuilding its AWS infrastructure.

Provectus designed and built a PCI-DSS-compliant cloud infrastructure for TripActions, adding stronger access controls, segmented VPCs, centralized logging and monitoring, backups, and improved CI/CD security. The new environment enabled TripActions to process payments and transactions without third-party involvement, while also delivering a 35% reduction in TCO, a 40% shorter release cycle, a 3% reduction in customer expenses, and improved product performance.
