The customer, a leader in autonomous security systems, required a highly scalable, real-time weapon detection platform to help protect schools and communities. Their challenge was to migrate their computer vision application to AWS within a four-month timeframe to achieve this goal, which led them to partner with the vendor, Provectus.

Provectus designed and implemented a solution on AWS, deploying proprietary ML models on Amazon SageMaker and integrating an IoT alert system with Alexa. The result was a production-grade platform that processes multiple video streams with 99% detection accuracy and a 15-millisecond response time, enabling the customer to instantly identify threats and dispatch alerts.
