Provectus was brought in to help design a more scalable ML- and data-driven platform using AWS-based services.
Provectus built an ML-powered data and analytics platform using Apache Spark on Amazon EMR, Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, Kinesis, Kafka, Kubernetes, and Snowflake to process more than 5 billion events per day and support 10 data products. The new platform increased Spark job completion to 99%, boosted team productivity by 50%, improved cluster throughput by 10x, and delivered an estimated $1M increase in annual ROI plus $100K in monthly savings.
