Carson Group Holdings, an ecosystem that supports investment advisors with marketing, technology, compliance, and growth services, wanted to improve how its advisor clients acquire new customers. Provectus helped Carson pursue AI/ML adoption by replacing complex rules and heuristics with a machine learning lead-scoring approach for Salesforce leads, aimed at identifying prospects most likely to convert and reducing time spent on low-value filtering.

Provectus built the lead-scoring solution from scratch, including EDA, feature engineering, an end-to-end training pipeline, and a batch inference pipeline that ingests Salesforce data and returns prediction scores. Delivered in five weeks, the model achieved 96% accuracy, 88% recall, and 67% precision on new data, helping Carson Group score leads faster at scale, improve conversion targeting, and reduce operating costs.
