Protractor was customized for Johnny’s Automotive and rolled out across new stores, including a location that moved from pen and paper to Protractor overnight. The system helped the chain manage fleet accounts, parts warranties, inventory, reporting, margin rules, and service writeups, while also improving customer profiles and real-time visibility into operations.
