Case Study: Knowlagent achieves reduced rework and faster Agile releases with ProtoShare

A ProtoShare Case Study

ProtoShare Streamlines Knowlagent's Agile Process

Knowlagent, a SaaS company known for its RightTime™ call‑center productivity platform, faced recurring communication gaps in its Agile process: customers didn’t read long text requirements and engineers often built features that didn’t match product management’s intent. To bridge those gaps, Knowlagent adopted ProtoShare, a prototyping/wireframing tool, so teams could convey UX designs visually and align customers, product managers, and developers before coding began.

Using ProtoShare, Knowlagent’s product management wireframes and prototypes are iterated with internal stakeholders and customers, annotated, and linked directly to engineering backlog items so the team can work a sprint ahead. ProtoShare reduced rework—“our first build is quite close to what is wanted,” says CMO John Wolf—made development more efficient, improved customer involvement, and resulted in product releases that better meet customer expectations while strengthening customer relationships.
