ProtoShare Helps DigiKnow Implement Agile-like Methods in their Process

DigiKnow, a top interactive agency with offices in Cleveland and Buenos Aires, needed to move from a front‑loaded waterfall process to an iterative, Agile‑like workflow and sought a tool for interactive prototyping and reusable wireframe templates. The team selected ProtoShare to support this shift and to help redesign a building‑products client's outdated, non‑user‑friendly online application while enabling early user validation.

Using ProtoShare, DigiKnow built interactive wireframes that demonstrated AJAX interactions, partial and full page loads, and page components, then ran user tests that revealed insights not possible with static wireframes or PDFs. ProtoShare sped the process (avoiding twice‑as‑long HTML prototyping), allowed quick revisions and handoff to designers, and delivered prototype links to the client so the development team could carry out DigiKnow’s vision—resulting in one of their most successful interface redesigns.
