Accero Slashes Web Development Time by 57 Days with Real-time Collaboration

Accero, a 30‑year provider of HR and payroll software for hundreds of Fortune 1000 companies, needed to rapidly redesign its user interface and gather comprehensive stakeholder input to produce a finalized set of requirements. To replace a slow, fragmented review process (graphics tools, email, webinars), Accero selected ProtoShare’s browser-based, real-time prototyping and review capabilities.

Using ProtoShare, Accero published an interactive prototype that 50 reviewers annotated in three days, producing roughly ten times the usual number of comments and a prioritized, digestible requirements set. ProtoShare’s real-time collaboration shortened what would normally be a 60‑day review cycle to three days (about a 57‑day savings), increased stakeholder engagement, and sped Accero’s time-to-market while improving the final product.
