MBition, a Mercedes-Benz subsidiary, faced the challenge of prototyping the high-fidelity Mercedes me app with a small team under significant time pressure. They needed a tool that could quickly create functional, interactive prototypes to validate features and convince stakeholders, moving beyond their existing Sketch design system. They turned to the prototyping vendor ProtoPie to address these needs.

The solution implemented by ProtoPie enabled MBition to build a scalable, collaborative design workflow using ProtoPie's component libraries, which were split into logical Helper, Asset, and Logic-based categories. This approach saved significant time, improved prototype maintainability, and allowed different team members to work simultaneously without conflicts. As a result, MBition efficiently created convincing, high-fidelity prototypes without writing code, and also utilized ProtoPie Connect to prototype connected experiences across mobile devices and in-car systems.
