Protolabs helps Arrow Lake develop ozone system that cuts costs by 20%

Arrow Lake, a Swedish company that develops ozone-based purification systems for water and air, needed to prototype a critical component for its FLO3W® system. Their challenge was to create a cost-effective, on-demand manufactured part that could be integrated and tested within their overall design for a system that cleans produce for wholesalers. They partnered with vendor Protolabs for this injection moulding project.

Protolabs provided an automated solution for rapid manufacturability analysis and design feedback, allowing for quick iterations. The vendor manufactured an injection moulding tool and produced the initial prototype, which led to an order for 400 production parts. The solution is now delivered to customers worldwide, helping them cut their overall costs by 20%. Arrow Lake continues to innovate with Protolabs for on-demand production and expansion into new markets.
