Sense & Beauty Dental Clinic (SBDC) is a Taiwan dental center that treats over 10,000 patients a year and was constrained by slow, wasteful traditional workflows for implants, dentures and surgical guides. To modernize its lab and improve clinical communication, SBDC worked with Proto3000 to adopt a digital dentistry 3D printing solution, deploying the Stratasys Objet Eden 3D printer and associated scan-to-print workflows.

With the Proto3000‑supplied Stratasys Objet Eden, SBDC converts scans to STL files and prints jaw models, dentures and surgical guides with high detail and smooth surfaces, cutting denture fabrication from weeks to about half a day and producing guides within hours. The Proto3000 solution reduced material waste and turnaround time, improved fit and surgical safety, increased patient confidence and satisfaction, and enabled SBDC to expand into education and outreach.
