DynaFlex, a Missouri-based dental lab expanding into the fast-growing clear aligner market, faced production speed and scaling challenges that limited its ability to capture market share. Proto3000 helped DynaFlex build a 3D Printing Center with high-capacity printers and a single‑computer workflow, enabling production runs of 40–60 arches per tray and daily output targets up to 1,000–1,500 arches. As a result, DynaFlex reduced reliance on slower equipment, simplified operations for on‑demand manufacturing, pre-wired additional stations for rapid scale-up, and positioned itself to capture a larger share of the clear aligner market with measurable increases in throughput.
