The Wallace Foundation, a New York–based national philanthropy focused on improving education and enrichment for disadvantaged children, needed to upgrade its SharePoint 2007 site to SharePoint 2010 to enhance collaboration and make its publications more accessible. They engaged Protiviti to lead the migration, infrastructure refresh, and site redesign for wallacefoundation.org.

Protiviti implemented the SharePoint 2010 upgrade, rebuilt the site and infrastructure, and delivered a Wallace Knowledge Center with more than 200 publications plus password‑protected communities and MicroSites for grantee collaboration. As a result, collaboration improved markedly, site owners can manage content in‑house without outsourcing, and the organization gained easier access and distribution of its resources thanks to Protiviti’s solution.
