After evaluating options including SAP BusinessObjects, Tableau and QlikView, Benefitfocus selected SAP BusinessObjects but brought in Protiviti for implementation and accelerated training to meet the tight timeline and compliance requirements.

Protiviti deployed a scalable SAP BusinessObjects architecture integrated with Benefitfocus’ eEnrollment application, migrated about 350 reports into the platform, and trained the internal team to support the solution. The rollout delivered seamless, timely access to data for clients during enrollment with “virtually no failures,” reduced the number of systems to support, and continues to be supported and enhanced by Protiviti.
