The American Bankers Association (ABA) engaged Protiviti to upgrade its MCMS website and create a more collaborative, intuitive experience for members and nonmembers. Facing an overwhelming volume of web content and thousands of documents, ABA chose a SharePoint 2010 upgrade after learning about its capabilities at the SharePoint Conference .ORG in 2011 to better organize and integrate both web content and static documents.

Protiviti implemented the SharePoint 2010 upgrade, delivered the design implementation, and integrated a customized system to manage ABA’s 75,000+ registered members, enabling dynamic display of information and improved site activity. ABA leaders praised Protiviti for its technical strength and association expertise, and the project produced a structured content management environment and measurable member-management capability.
