The Holiday Inn Brussels Airport and Crowne Plaza Antwerp hotels, owned by Pandox, faced a significant challenge in managing the highly complex and individual time schedules for their 150 staff members. Using error-prone Excel sheets, the manual administration of shifts, holidays, and payroll was extremely time-consuming and offered no clear overview of costs or absenteeism. They turned to the vendor Protime to automate these processes with their ProTime and ProTeam software.
Protime implemented its ProTime Premium SaaS solution, which automated scheduling and time registration. This allowed managers to input data directly via ProTeam, increasing their involvement, while the interface with their payroll provider streamlined administration. The results included a major time saving of approximately 10 hours a month on payroll tasks, a perfect overview of the payroll for management, and greater control over personnel costs.
