Campus Hill Church - Customer Case Study

Campus Hill Church ran a seven-evening outreach called The Vespa for Loma Linda University students and needed a reliable way to determine the first person to answer five multiple-choice quiz questions correctly each night from about 200 participants. To meet this challenge they engaged ProTexting and used ProTexting’s Multiple Questions Survey App (an SMS-based quiz/survey solution).

ProTexting implemented a keyword-driven SMS survey that sent questions sequentially, captured each participant’s phone number, name, answers and precise timestamps, and generated per-survey reports. This allowed Campus Hill Church to unambiguously identify the first correct responder each evening, let participants verify their answers and timings, and handled the ~200 nightly participants smoothly while ProTexting provided prompt technical support.
