UNSW, one of Australia’s leading universities, needed a better way to manage growing cyber risk complexity across a highly decentralised IT environment. Protecht helped UNSW reduce manual effort, improve audit readiness, and increase user engagement, with bulk updates saving days of work on tasks like AWS compliance tracking. The result was a more proactive, data-driven cyber risk program, and UNSW is now exploring AI-driven workflow enhancements with Protecht to further streamline risk management.
