The National Association of Convenience Stores (NACS) had relied on a heavily customized netFORUM Enterprise system for a decade, which proved unintuitive, hard to search, and dependent on IT for routine data requests. The deployment empowered end users, significantly reduced reliance on IT, streamlined communications and member management, and freed staff time, positioning NACS for future global growth.
