The International Technology and Engineering Educators Association (ITEEA), the professional organization for technology and engineering educators serving more than 35,000 teachers, needed to rapidly move curriculum and resources online when COVID‑19 forced classrooms virtual. ITEEA required flexible membership-based web permissions, fast content swaps, and airtight reporting to manage revenue-sharing with state partners. Protech Associates provided its Protech AMS (built for Microsoft Dynamics) and the MX e-commerce solution to meet those needs.

Protech Associates implemented automated membership logic in the AMS (including dual state‑membership options), enabled tracking of more than 15 membership rates, and configured automated monthly reports to state associations. The MX e-commerce site with single sign‑on delivers immediate, permission-based access to up-to-date resources and lets staff update content without coding, freeing staff for higher‑value work. As a result, ITEEA reliably delivers timely virtual curriculum, ensures accurate state-level reporting, and continues to receive positive feedback from teachers.
