AMS Increases Data Gathering Performance

American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA), the nation’s largest nonpartisan educational organization for health law with more than 10,000 members, faced an AMS that scattered critical information across databases and documents and did not integrate with its Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting system or SharePoint website. This made data-driven decision making slow and error-prone and forced manual, time-consuming web transactions. AHLA selected Protech Associates’ Protech Business Solutions (CRM for Members and Web Portal for Members) to address these gaps.

Protech Associates implemented an integrated system that links CRM for Members with AHLA’s Dynamics GP and SharePoint and added a web portal for online registration, sales and automated invoicing. The result: rapid access to decision-making information, noticeably higher data integrity, reduced time spent tracking down or cleaning data, and seamless online member transactions including event registration and downloadable-product sales. Protech Associates’ solution enabled AHLA to move from “we think” decisions to fact-based analysis and eliminated much of the manual processing previously required.
