Mobile App Enhances AHLA Conference Experience

The American Health Law Association (AHLA), a 12,000‑member organization focused on health law, needed a better event app when returning to in‑person conferences: their previous app was hard for staff and attendees to use, lacked integration with their Protech CRM, and had clunky push notifications. To solve this, AHLA chose Protech Associates’ Protech Mobile to provide a more user‑friendly, integrated solution that could support the 12–13 events they run each year.

Protech Associates implemented Protech Mobile, enabling staff to enter and edit sessions directly in the Protech CRM (eliminating double entry), send easy, timely push notifications, and offer attendee features like My Schedule and Share Photos. AHLA reports a more modern, intuitive experience, higher attendee engagement, useful dashboard metrics (app downloads, connections, chats, sponsor impressions and clicks), and reliable support for events ranging from focused programs (100–120 attendees) to the annual meeting (~1,200 attendees).
