Georgia public school needed to roll out a major technology refresh after receiving funding for approximately 17,500 HP desktops, laptops, and Google Chromebook tablets. With only a small internal IT staff and no warehouse or logistics infrastructure to support deployment across about 65 locations, the district turned to ProSys for staging, imaging, delivery, and implementation services.

ProSys used its Integration Center to image, asset-tag, inventory, and repack the devices, then delivered and installed them at each site. The vendor was able to stage several hundred systems per day and deploy up to 250 systems daily, helping Georgia public school complete the rollout quickly while receiving a detailed spreadsheet of inventory and location information.
